Pacific Rim The Black Wallpaper
Pacific Rim: The Black is the first anime in the franchise and promises to continue the story told in the first two films. The plot follows in the footsteps of siblings Hayley and Taylor who will start an incredible journey to find their parents and at the same time learn to pilot an abandoned Jaeger.
The “Zona Obscura” in the title is the area around the city of Meridian which is bombed in the very first episode, after the Pan Pacific Defense Corps declare that Australia has been completely taken over by the Kaijus. The monsters conquered the entire continent and the organization was forced to start the imminent evacuation of all people found in areas compromised by the attacks.
